I have worked with individuals facing issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, & identity exploration. I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, & adults. I see clients of all ages & backgrounds. I have training in CBT/CPT, crisis intervention, & some experience in trauma-informed care & behavioral therapy.
